Costa Blanca House

Situated in an affluent area on Spain’s Costa Blanca, the client's exceptional holiday home is a unique, Scandinavian-style property with an exquisite garden.
This project consists of renovating the entire house which will transition from holiday home to the client’s primary residence. Updates to the property will consider long-term needs for the evolving use of the home. This will be a multi-year project however, these 3-D renderings provide visuals of this design.

Renovation of this home will involve updating kitchen and bathroom fittings and fixtures in a contemporary style that works seamlessly with the house’s minimalist aethetic.
Soft furnishings and accessories will be considerately introduced in a sophisticated blue and green colour palette, overlaying a foundation of airy, neutral tones. The addition of bespoke joinery in the primary living area will add refined storage to the room, concealing the television whilst creating a focal point in the space. Keeping consistent paneling on the media unit and the kitchen cupboards creates an effortlessly cohesive atmosphere. The design will provide a serene and sophisticated environment where the clients can enjoy their holidays.
